Arnica is one of the oldest and most powerful medical plants in our mountains. Our massages with Arnica essences have a cooling effect and deep healing effect and encourage wound healing.

A classic! Inner organs are targeted directly by massaging special nerve endpoints on the sole of the foot. Your foot carries you your whole life. This special massage enables you to get to know your body in special, step-by-step way.

These massages are performed with flat hand, slow and gentle movements to give you a feeling of well-being, harmony and inner calm.

You will lie down in fragrant mountain hay and then lowered down into a bed of water. The hay bath has reviving and detoxing properties. 

It also improves circulation. The hay bath is said to have a healing effect. Then you will rest for another 30 minutes in our four-poster-bed.

Let your senses flow with this balanced mixture of essential oils e.g. rose oil bath, lavender bath, orange oil bath.

Detox and purify with cloths soaked in a saline solution.  You will be wrapped with the cloths and then lowered into the water bed. The ideal toning bath!
