Either way you will feel a wonderfully vitalising prickle after dousing your body or a few minutes under the adventure shower. Just right, to take a rest. The heated deckchairs and the tepidarium are especially suited for this purpose. The latter is a real gem: Regional artists illustrated the history of this historic hotel in the Tyrolean Oberland with great detail. 

The flower petal bath in the Obergrichtler spa at the Wellness Hotel Linde with a comfortable radiant heat at a maximum of 45 degrees is especially beneficial for the respiratory organs and encourages gentle purification. The strong nurturing effect for skin and hair is a nice side effect which was already appreciated by the Ottomans. 

A Kneipp wading pool is at the center of the wellness area in the Obergrichtler spa which not only offers the reviving effect of treading water but is also visually very pleasing. You wade through a tower and reach – very symbolically – another area of the bath where whirlpools are on a plateau. These baths with a water temperature of 35 to 38 degree Celsius strengthen your immune system, the whirls relax your muscles, tensions are reduced and neck pain simply disappears and defensive forces are increased.
