  • It starts with the Linde breakfast (from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.), which magics up a smile on your face every morning with delicious treats, healthy and classic foods. A great start to your day!
  • To keep you going during the day there are delicious snacks in the afternoon, including cold snacks and home-made cakes, as well as tea, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages (between 2.30 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.). Perfect after a day of hiking or skiing, or as refreshment between your wellness and beauty treatments.
  • The crowning finale is the sophisticated gourmet menu in the evening (between 6.00 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.), with various mains to choose from and the themed buffets. Well-sated by this gourmet experience, you are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in your cosy bed.

Head chef Michael Gandler and his team cook with a great deal of attention to detail and pasison. Something you can see and taste. So you can enjoy your day to the full, from early through to late, our team of chefs emphasise authentic flavours, with plenty of attention to detail and natural, regional produce and ingredients. This means that in the Hotel Linde we provide you with traditional meals that have the certain ‘je ne sais quoi’, or, as head chef Michael puts it: ‘with a contemporary touch’.

Regional pleasure: Slow Food from our own farms

There is over a century of guesthouse history and Tyrolean tradition to be upheld here, which is why today enjoyment and indulgence with authentic regional aspects have a key role to play here in the Hotel Linde, more than ever before in fact. Our team of chefs foster a contemporary take on cuisine, with an emphasis on Austrian roots. For the most part we use produce from the farm that is owned by the family and ingredients from local vegetable plots and herb gardens, and also from agricultural producers that are close by, with whom we forge a personal link.

Seasonally-balanced, traditionally produced, purchased in the region and cognisantly enjoyed - in familial snugs, lounge areas and cosy dining room.
